Reservation
To book an apartment with us you will
have to pay a booking deposit. The booking deposit
might be 30% of the rental (this amount is not refundable
if the guests cancel the reservation), except for
the New Year's Eve period or the Carnival period.
The reservation payment can be paid either by bank
wire to our USA account or via
(add on 3.5% fee if you pay via paypal.com). If you
are not a member already, you can go to their website
and sign up. It’s quick, safe and you can easily
pay with your credit card. You can make the paypal.com
payment to .
If you don't want to become a paypal member, we will
send you a reservation payment request through paypal.com
and you can finalize the payment with any credit card.
Please note that the rest of the rent
is payable cash upon arrival, a member of our staff
will be waiting for you at the apartment on the date/time
arranged to give you the keys, to sign the contract
and the inventory (a list of the contents of the apartment).
The check in process should not take more than 15
minutes. We realize after a long international flight,
you are tired and want to shower or rest a bit. The
check-in staff will show you the apartment and how
everything works.
If you arrive in the city by an international
flight you have to calculate one hour and a half to
go through customs and journey time to the apartment
from the airport. Our company recommends the use of
our preferred vendor for airport transfers to ensure
a better, more efficient and safer experience.
The fleet of cars is made up of newer
automobiles driven by bilingual English speaking drivers.
By choosing this service you are ensured to have a
safe transfer by English speaking drivers that know
exactly where our properties are located. We work
in a coordinated effort with the drivers to make sure
that you will be greeted at the check-in by a member
of our staff. The airport transfer costs $ 45 USD.
If we have guests checking in the apartment in the
same day your group is checking out, the check out
time must be at 12:00 p.m. If you have a late flight
we can accommodate your group in another apartment,
if there is availability, until the time of your departure.
If we have no available properties, we can place your
luggage in our office, until the time of your departure.
Minimum rental period is 7 nights during the high
season and 5 nights during the low season.
We can also offer you monthly rental.
The remaining balance
must be paid in cash, when you "check in"
the apartment. It can be paid in United States Dollars
or Euros.
When you sign the rental
contract a $ 300 USD up to a $ 1,000 USD (depending
on the apartment) deposit is needed for the furniture
and other belongings in the apartment. This amount
will be fully returned at the check out, subject to
deductions in case of damages.
